Like its namesake empire, the British Beer Company's Plymouth location is one of the few, if not the only, remnants of a domain that once spanned a good portion of coastal Southern New England. There are numerous stories in various media about the decline and fall of both. Much like Britain itself, the BBC Plymouth remains a small but lovely place to visit, partake in a bevy of local and global beverages, and engage in some traditional games and revelry on the second floor. On the last night I was there, Jenga was a particularly popular pastime, as were darts.
We always go here on family reunion the service is always amazing and fast . I love the restaurant. Nothing has changed inside or outside since I've been there. My food was so good I will be order this next time !

Beer. That's about it (as well as some standard cocktails), but what more do you really need? This is nothing like the other locations in the local BBC chain. Looking for food? Go somewhere else. Looking for ambience? Go somewhere else. Looking for a good beer, and no fluff? Go to the BBC on Middle Street. If it's Friday night, you'll probably see me there.
Great spot! Totally loved this little bar on a side street in Downtown Plymouth. Great beer selection and good service. Decent location and just a lot of fun! They had the Sox on TV which was entirely appropriate when the World Cup (soccer) was on in all the other bars we visited. I'm not sure what it is about the place that made us enjoy it so much but we had a fantastic time and will definitely return someday! It just felt like the perfect place to relax with a beer and good people to spend the time with.
Oval joint; the size of a postage stamp. Only locals, dropping their ahhhs (r-s) like nobody's business. Hockey on one telly, and Red Sox on the other. For a Southerner like myself it doesn't get any more perfect. Great beers on tap and the barkeep was friendly. I'd definitely come back.
